Privacy Policy
Effective [DATE]. This policy explains what A Simply Intentional Life, LLC, doing business as Restoring Womanhood, collects from you and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Name, email address, and phone number when you buy, join, or fill out a form.
- Payment details. Your card is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- What you buy, which lessons you open, which emails you open and links you click, and replies you send us.
- Device and browser data such as IP address and pages visited, through cookies and standard analytics.
How we use it
- To deliver what you bought and give you portal access.
- To send account emails: receipts, login details, renewal and payment notices.
- To send marketing email and, only if you opted in, marketing text messages about our products.
- To answer your questions and provide support, including through an AI assistant that is trained on our course material and may reply to your messages. It will tell you it is an AI, and a person is always available.
- To improve our courses and see what's working.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the services that run our business: our customer platform (HighLevel), our payment processor (Stripe), our email and text delivery providers, and our video call provider (Zoom). Each is bound to use your data only to provide its service to us. We will disclose information if the law requires it.
Text messages
If you opt in to texts, we send up to one marketing message per day during a follow up series and occasional messages after that. Reply STOP at any time to stop. Your consent to texts and your mobile number are never sold or shared with third parties for their marketing.
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops marketing email but not account emails such as receipts and login details.
Cookies
Our pages use cookies for login, checkout, and analytics. You can block cookies in your browser; checkout may not work if you do.
Your choices
Email lori@restoringwomanhood.com to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. We will respond within 30 days. Deleting your data ends your access to purchased products.
Children
Our products are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Keeping it safe
We use reputable providers with industry standard security. No system is perfect; if we learn of a breach affecting you, we will tell you.
Changes
We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date.
